PERMANENCES AND MEDITATIONS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON
No registration is required for these activities.
These activities are performed by Venerable Khenchen Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Amipa seniors students.
Every Saturday afternoon from 2pm. to 5pm., outside monthly sessions and other scheduled activities, are provided:
• Teachings on various topics with questions and answers. Permanences can also be an opportunity for a first contact with the Institute.
• Meditation from 4pm to 5pm on Tchenrezi, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, embodiment of the compassion of all the Buddhas, under Venerable Lama Dakpa Woeser guidance.

The Triple Vision which is the first part of the Lamdre. The Impure vision dealing with the samsara, the vision of Experience allowing through the practice to go from samsara to nirvana and the Pure vision which is the goal to reach, the Budhahood. |

SYNOPSIS AND DEBATES
Synopsis and debates can be arranged for groups on request at a date and a time to be agreed. Themes could be philosophy, training of the mind and buddhist meditation.
LAMDRE STUDIES through VIDEOS with Joseph SERRA
Intensive studies of the Triple Tantra only for those who received the initiations of Hevajra's cause and path. Most of the time a session duration is a whole day from 09:30am to 03:30pm.
Students have to bring their own meal.
TEXTS STUDIES with BERNARD ALTSCHUH
Regular meetings the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm. for people who have completed the whole of Lamdre teachings given in 2002 or 2010 by His Holiness Sakya Trizin.
VAJRA YOGINI TEACHINGS STUDIES with BETTY BRESCH
Study of teachings confered by His Holiness Sakya Trizin and Venerable Khenchen Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Amipa, one Saturday a month. Only practitioners who have received the complete initiation of Vajrayogini can attend this studies. Interested persons may contact the Secretariat by email.
